Responsibilities:
Identify and prospect potential clients within target industries and develop new business opportunities through a mix of inbound and outbound sales strategies, with a specific focus on the e-commerce and DTC (direct-to-consumer) industry.
Build strong relationships with potential clients and partners, demonstrating a deep understanding of the challenges faced by online businesses. Knowledge of traffic acquisition strategies, conversion rate optimization techniques and revenue growth tactics will be an added advantage.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, presentations, and case studies to support sales efforts and showcase our solutions.
Deliver compelling sales presentations showcasing the value proposition , addressing the specific pain points and growth goals of potential clients. Highlight how we can help them ultimately drive higher sales and revenue.
Stay informed about e-commerce industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to identify partnership opportunities and drive business growth.
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring all contracts are finalized to terms.
Responsible for contract renewal and ensuring client retention.
Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships that expand our reach and market penetration within the e-commerce and DTC landscape, like reaching out to agencies, CMOs of DTC brands, Agency founders, affiliate & channel partners etc.
Manage and develop sales pipeline, forecasting and exceeding assigned sales quotas.
Prepare and deliver sales reports, analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities.
Ideal Candidate:
Minimum 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the e-commerce or DTC industry.
Strong understanding of the e-commerce and DTC landscape.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proven negotiation and closing skills.
Data analysis skills.
Familiarity with a sales CRM system is a significant advantage for managing the sales pipeline and client information.
Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
