- Providing direct support to Sales representatives and Sales Operations Management
- Activities include working on purchase orders, processing quotes, supporting account and Product ID setups, producing reports to assist sales, and performing other activities as directed
Key areas of responsibilities
- Contacting Proposal Team to assist with creating offers for the Customers (RFP/RFI)
- Working on HW/SW configurations
- Requesting new Product (PID) Release (activation/de-activation)
- Supporting BID Review package preparation
- Assisting with Pricing Approvals (communication with Deals Desk team)
- Executing NCDM actions - Create New Customers / Accounts / Sites / Addresses
- Running reports - Serial Number Inquiry, ATM History, Configurations and general Product information
- Managing all types of orders processed
- Creating quote configuration in the system
- Reviewing and validating quote details (Addresses, Delivery Date, Billing details, etc. )
- Creating Roll Out Schedules
- Coordinating with IC to ensure delivery happens on time
- Providing Order Status updates to Sales Representatives
- Monitoring booking process flow
- Managing communications with the BOC team (order changes, answering questions, etc. )
- Processing Order/Invoice cancellations (if necessary)
- Solving delivery issues along with ICs
- Solving Configuration issues (add/remove PIDs if requested)
- Helping to resolve invoice issues
- Maintaining the order Tracking file, where required
