Job Description

Partner with Sales Leadership to identify and enhance processes, systems, and frameworks to improve the efficiency and execution of the Indirect business unit.

Utilization of standard project management methods to manage the scope, schedule, and budget of assigned projects

Coordinate with dedicated sales operations and enablement resources to build division-wide best practices.

Establish operational excellence by engaging, assessing, planning, and executing on key initiatives outlined and established by operations and enablement org, program management, and Senior Leadership.

Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively to MarketStar leadership, including Executive leadership, and MarketStar client contacts.

Documentation of project plans and other standard project artifacts

Collaboration with internal support organizations on behalf of the business unit.

Ability to organize resources for solving of complex problem.

Management and coordination of assigned resources.

Organizing data and generating insights to enhance productivity and effectiveness.

Supporting the sales teams key planning and operations tasks to support the overall objective of the business.

Monitoring and analyzing key sales and business performance indicators and trends to drive strategic and tactical business decisions.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in business administration, marketing or a related field.

3+ years of experience in sales operations or a similar role, preferably in the technology or telecommunications industry.

Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and adapting to complex information systems. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present sales data effectively.

Ability to drive results with little oversight and ability to demonstrate initiative Must demonstrate consistent follow-through and communication efforts with all stakeholder interactions.

Manage multiple ongoing projects simultaneously with a passion for detail Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills You are proactive and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills You work well in matrix environments requiring you to work with a wide range of stakeholders.

Must adapt well to change and successfully set and adjust priorities as needed.
