What will you do
- Partner with Sales Leadership to identify and enhance processes, systems, and frameworks to improve the efficiency and execution of the Indirect business unit.
- Utilization of standard project management methods to manage the scope, schedule, and budget of assigned projects
- Coordinate with dedicated sales operations and enablement resources to build division-wide best practices.
- Establish operational excellence by engaging, assessing, planning, and executing on key initiatives outlined and established by operations and enablement org, program management, and Senior Leadership.
- Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively to MarketStar leadership, including Executive leadership, and MarketStar client contacts.
- Documentation of project plans and other standard project artifacts
- Collaboration with internal support organizations on behalf of the business unit.
- Ability to organize resources for solving of complex problem.
- Management and coordination of assigned resources.
- Organizing data and generating insights to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
- Supporting the sales team's key planning and operations tasks to support the overall objective of the business.
- Monitoring and analyzing key sales and business performance indicators and trends to drive strategic and tactical business decisions.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in sales operations or a similar role, preferably in the technology or telecommunications industry.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and adapting to complex information systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present sales data effectively.
- Ability to drive results with little oversight and ability to demonstrate initiative
- Must demonstrate consistent follow-through and communication efforts with all stakeholder interactions.
- Manage multiple ongoing projects simultaneously with a passion for detail
- Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
- You are proactive and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- You work well in matrix environments requiring you to work with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Must adapt well to change and successfully set and adjust priorities as needed.
