Job Description And Requirements
We are seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to join our WW Sales Forecasting Team. The Sales Operations Analyst will analyze sales order and forecasting data, identify, and correct errors or escalate to management. The successful candidate will regularly interface with Sales Operations teams based in North America, and with Sales Representative and Managers globally.
Responsibilities:
- Compare sales order data in Salesforce.com and SAP.
- Identify data inconsistencies, recommend, and implement corrective actions.
- Escalate critical data errors to NA based Sales Operations Management.
- Support Sales users by answering forecasting and order related questions when needed.
- Create and publish data accuracy metrics, trends, and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with IT and SFDC/SAP teams to improve data reporting capabilities, data accuracy.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, error correction, correlation.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to present data and recommended actions to sales users.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively.
- High level of attention to detail, accuracy and follow through.
- Proficiency in Excel, Saleforce.com, SAP and basic office applications.
