We are hiring for our client a media company founded in 2006, is one of the leading and preferred partners for OOH Media Engagement, especially for advertising at locations such as Airports, Multiplexes and other public places.

Company has presence at several key airports like Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Indore, Udaipur, Goa, Vadodara etc and growing, Company offers advertising solutions that reach the key decision makers for all products and services whether for home, office or industrial consumption.

Position:Sales & Operation Manager

Qualification:Any Graduate with rich sales & marketing experience

Location:Ahmedabad

Experience:Minimum 3-5 years (Media Ads Sales background preferred)

Industry Preference:Priority Any service industry/ FMCG/ OOH Industry B2B Sales or preferred Media Ads Sales Background (Print, TV or Radio)

CTC:- 35K-45K

Role & Responsibilities:

New clients onboarding

Retain & Grow Existing Business

Identify Business Opportunities

Negotiate and Close Business Deals

Pitch participation and presentation skills

Innovative Business solutions

Build relationships with the prospective clients

Identify New business opportunities

Retain & grow existing clients

Manage sales pipeline on weekly basis

Preparing for weekly Sales review meetings

Analyse market and establish competitive advantages

Track metrics to ensure targets are hit

Negotiate & close business deals

Handling day-to-day Sales Operations.

Handling outstanding & collections with clients and agencies

Desired Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate should be confident in building new client relationships and

maintaining existing ones.

Should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.

Basic knowledge of Excel & PPT is a must.

Strong communication and presentation skills

Speaking fluency in English & Local languages

Written fluency in English language

Should possess good Business communications skills

Passion for building a career in sales field
