Sales Operations Manager I

What's the role

. Market & Competitive Analysis: Analyze market trends, conduct in-depth research, and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform sales strategies.

. Regional Operations Support: Provide operational support to regional sales teams, assist in strategy execution, and support QBRs and OKRs.

. Sales Reporting & Forecasting: Manage sales reporting and analytics, collaborate on sales forecasting, and monitor performance.

. CRM & SFDC Management: Ensure SFDC data hygiene, provide CRM support, and develop Tableau dashboards for sales insights.

. Process & Policy Support: Support quoting in Zuora and SFDC, collaborate on AR collections, and provide data support for renewals.

Who are you

• MBA preferred Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Salesforce.com, Tableau, and CRM systems.
• Experience with Zuora and sales quoting processes is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Experience in market research and competitive analysis.
• Knowledge of sales forecasting techniques and best practices.
• Familiarity with AR collections and renewal processes.
