Job Description

Job Summary:
As HERE Technologies is building a worldwide Centre of Excellence for Sales Operations in Bangalore, we are now recruiting for a Sales Operations Manager. The Sales Operations Manager will be part of an India based operational unit that will execute and optimize worldwide sales operations processes through data analysis, KPI tracking, and process improvements. The unit will deliver a wide range of sales operational services to the Customer organization. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and efficiency.
Key COE Responsibilities:
  • Delivery of analytical, operational and enablement services to the worldwide sales teams, the regional sales operations teams, the partner team and other stakeholders within the worldwide Customer Organization.
  • Deliver first line -sales support services to the Customer Organization (Sales and Partner Help Desk)
Team-member responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Develop and prepare business review packages. Create and manage sales reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership.
  • Analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Assist in sales forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and improve sales performance.
  • Ensure sales hygiene, adherence to sales process and proper opportunity management in Salesforce and other sales tools.
  • Support the fiscal year transition process, sales territory and -hierarchy planning, sales coverage and -goal setting.
  • Deliver Expert Quoting Services to account executives and partners
  • Delivery of expert services to the sales teams on the collection of outstanding accounts receivables
  • Ensure the integrity of financial and operational data through data audits, data enrichment and clean-up.
  • Optimize and manage sales tools, including Salesforce and financial tracking systems.
  • Manage and audit employee access to sales systems and tools to ensure compliance and cost-efficiency.
Who are you
  • 7+ years of experience in Sales Operations or a related role.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Pipeline management, Sales reporting and analytics, Forecasting etc.,
  • MBA preferred; Bachelor s degree with relevant experience is acceptable.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with large data sets
  • Experience with data visualization and presentation tools such as Office 365 and Tableau
  • Experience working with sales enablement tools (Salesforce CRM and CPQ, Zuora CPQ, High spot etc.) and the ability to drive their adoption and effective use.
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing concepts, metrics, and KPIs
  • Experience with market research and competitive analysis
