Key Responsibilities

Streamline sales processes and workflows to improve efficiency and scalability, ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures.

Coordinate with the sales team to book sales orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

Liaise with company warehouses to address internal logistics and inventory matters.

Work with the Accounts & Collections department to resolve payment issues and facilitate new customer account creation.

Prepare purchase orders and sales orders, ensuring all details align with customer requirements.

Serve as the primary contact for customers, addressing any issues related to purchase orders, deliveries, and order discrepancies.

Qualifications & Skills

7+ years of experience in sales operations in the IT system integration or technology sector.

Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM management, and sales tools.

Thorough knowledge about IT Hardware/Infrastructure related products and services is must.

Effective communication skills, customer-oriented approach, and leadership qualities.

Ability and experience to handle a team.

Hands on exp on SAP or any other related tool will be preferred.
