Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the performance of existing partners and distributors globally.
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales, marketing, and support efforts through these channels.
  • Identify and implement processes to streamline communication between the company and the distributors.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, market share, and partner/distributor performance as well as the performance of the sales team.
  • Streamline internal processes and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring smooth execution of business activities.
  • Implement performance metrics and KPIs to monitor operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize resource utilization and cost-effectiveness across the organization.
  • Lead or support special projects and strategic initiatives as communicated by the leadership team to drive business growth and innovation.
  • Conduct research and analysis to assess the feasibility and potential impact of new initiatives, providing recommendations for implementation.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and resources to execute projects efficiently and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the Sales team and other key stakeholders, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Effectively oversee the performance and develop team members, helping them grow their skills and capabilities to support the company's growth objectives.
  • Encourage innovation and creativity within the team, empowering them to contribute ideas and solutions to drive business success.

Additional Considerations:
  • Play an active role in day-to-day sales support activity as and when required by the BD team.
  • Effectively ensure a smooth flow of commercial transactions between the company and the distributors/ partners.
  • Provide support to the partners/ distributors and liaison with the sales, technical, and support team in case of any escalations.
  • Stay updated on the competitor landscape and recommend or notify to alter strategies accordingly.
  • Act as a parallel to the CBO enabling online / offline activities and tasks.
Eligibility:
  • B.Com/BBA/BE/B.Tech (Any Field) OR MBA (Any Field)
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
  • Ability to work hands-on and multi-task in an energetic environment
  • Motivated, self-starter and is comfortable working and learning independently

JOB TYPE: Full time
