Be the first line of contact for existing customers and new prospects. Generate sales either by following up on prospects or leads generated via marketing campaigns including cold calling in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for influencing existing or potential customers to buy products or services.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Cold call people using a given phone directory to sell products
- Run email campaigns using software tools, email lists, and email content provided
- Answer incoming calls from prospective and existing customers
- Use scripts to provide information about product's features, prices, etc, and present their benefits
- Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer's requirements
- Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how the product meets their needs
- Record the customer's personal information accurately in CRM software and keep records of the total number of calls made, emails sent, contacts made, etc
- Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company's reputation
- Use scripts to answer common product or service-related questions for existing customers
- Provide preliminary responses to customer queries and provide assistance during US business hours
- Route technical issues reported by the customersto the appropriate department for resolution
- Create and maintain procedural documentation for common support scenarios
- Go the extra mile to meet sales quota, facilitate future sales, and increase customer satisfaction
Skills Required:
- Proven experience as a telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone
- Working knowledge of CRM software such as HubSpot, email software such as MailChimp, and telephone systems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in English
- Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
- Persistent and results-oriented
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate or Equivalent
- 3 to 4 years experience in BPO/Sales-Preferably US based process
