- Assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products/services.
- Follow- up with the team and update it to the manager.
- Prepare weekly to do list for the manager
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products/services, promotions and company policies.
- Provide product demonstrations and answer customer inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Prepare sales reports, invoices and other documents as required.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner and forward it to the respective team.
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications and Requirements for the Position:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions and paperwork.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Must have a good power point presentation skills
