Fluency in English and Hindi is a must, with knowledge of Kannada considered a valuable asset.

Roles & Responsibilities
Lead Validation and Forwarding:
Engage in calling activities to validate leads and assess their interest in Ecosoch's solar solutions.
Carefully qualify leads based on predetermined criteria before forwarding them to the sales team.
Ensure seamless coordination between potential customers and the sales team for efficient follow-up.
Customer Interaction and Support:
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and providing relevant information about Ecosoch's solar offerings.
Serve as a knowledgeable resource for potential customers, offering insights into the benefits of solar energy solutions.
Data Management and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and lead status updates in our CRM system.
Generate regular reports on lead validation activities and contribute insights for process improvement.
