Requirement:
We are seeking a motivated MBA intern from a reputed college in Bangalore to join our team. The role will primarily support marketing, social media strategy, lead generation, and sales operations. This opportunity provides exposure to real-world business challenges in a fast-paced environment. The candidate must be available to work in the US shift and should have an engineering background.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support marketing initiatives, including creating and executing social media strategies.
- Assist in lead generation efforts, identifying and nurturing new prospects.
- Collaborate with the sales team to streamline operations and ensure effective sales processes.
- Conduct market research and analyze data to generate actionable insights.
- Assist in Product pricing and proposal creation.
- Participate in strategy formulation and contribute to business development initiatives.
Key Requirements:
- Pursuing/completed an MBA with an engineering background.
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work in a US shift.
- Specialization in Supply chain, operations, Marketing and Finance is preferred.
- Experience or interest in social media strategy, lead generation, and sales operations is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and work collaboratively across teams
