Overview
As a Sales Officer (Mortgage), you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling mortgage products to potential clients. Your contributions will be instrumental in driving the company's mortgage services and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to promote mortgage products and achieve sales targets.
- Evaluate clients financial status and provide appropriate mortgage solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on mortgage industry trends.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close sales and ensure favorable outcomes for both parties.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase mortgage products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as underwriters and loan processors, to expedite the mortgage application process.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven 1 year experience in mortgage sales or 1 year in LIfe insurance sales or a similar role within the financial industry.
- Strong understanding of mortgage products, regulations, and market dynamics.
- Excellent negotiation and sales skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and the ability to assess clients financial backgrounds.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to foster productive client relationships.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with various mortgage loan types and their specific eligibility criteria.
- Thorough understanding of industry compliance standards and ethical practices.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to sales challenges.
