Job description- Job Title: Sales Officers-FMCG
Bew Super Foods Pvt. Ltd. seeks an experienced Sales Officer for Multiple Locations across Odisha. An individual with exposure to food industry-related marketing and or similar experience.
- To identify new clients & generate business out of those (Offline General Trade).
Develop and build strong relationships with existing clients to achieve sales targets as a team.
- The person will be responsible for the sales growth of the regions assigned.
Expand product solutions and offerings.- Plan and execute sales plan to maximize sales opportunities in the Indian market.
Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.
- Take calculated risks based on data-driven analytics.
Achieving sales targets and generating Primary and Secondary sales.
- Analyse sales metrics and market to adapt sales strategies.
Create the super stockiest point & appoint a distributor in given- Territory- weekly visit market & work in the beat plan.
Responsible for Secondary Sales
GT Sales
+3 Pass or MBA in Marketing- Must have experience in the local market with a consistent performance track record & sound academic background.
Must be from FMCG- Food Division Basic + TA + DA (Negotiable)
