DAILY
- Inform AGM - Sales &Marketing the routine works for the day.
On time response with every enquiry generated and thorough follow up to converting maximum enquires to site visits and to sales.
- If sufficient data are not available for follow-ups, report to AGM - Sales &Marketing and plan field work.
Analyze enquiries generated viz a viz sales effected and take corrective measures to improve percentage of conversion.
- Ensure all enquiries are attended and followed upon on regular basis.
Request SSM to call the customer, before dropping a customer. Take managerial assistance to tackle tricky or tough customers to ensure booking.
Submit daily report to AGM - Sales &Marketing
Update the Google Drive about latest enquiries, customer details and update follow up details in enquiry register.
Ensure site is customer friendly. If they are not up to the standard, give suggestions to site engineer on corrections required. Report the same to the AGM - Sales &Marketing , take his help for completing the same.
There should be minimum of 5 offline visits per day or 30 offline visits per week.
WEEKLY
- Give every Monday positive cases list and sales forecast for that week.
MONTHLY
- Achieve minimum monthly target of 2 unit sales.
- Submit monthly report with marketing and sales proposals to AGM - Sales & Marketing.
- Action after new bookings,
i) Prepare a new file for the customer. The file should contain few blank papers for note sheet, Registration and application form duly signed by the customer and a sheet showing all relevant details on the left side of the file inner cover.
ii) Give estimate and rate calculation sheet with payment schedule to AGM - Sales & Marketing for approval of CMD, file the same.
iii) Ensure agreement is executed within 7 days.
iv) Immediate follow up for home loan sanction from bank.
v) Thorough follow up with customer and bank and ensure timely release of loan.
- Active participation in sales promotional activity like expo, institutional visit, and customer meet
and try maximum conversation.
- Assist SSM in Bank approvals of assigned project.
- Involve in all aspects of the assigned project including marketing activities suggestion.
- Regular monitoring of company website and digital media platforms to ensure that the
