Position: Sales Officer- Guntur

Location: Guntur

Qualification: Graduate/MBA

Experience : 4-10 yrs

Salay : 4-8 LPA

Job Profile

As Sales Officer, you will be responsible for Primary Sales, & driving secondary sales thru ISR/PSR & Distributor Sales team.

Job Responsibilities

  • To provide business and execute plan for Retail Sales thru distributors & dealers.
  • Responsible for achieving Secondary Volume, Brand and Market Share targets at monthly level.
  • Implement strategies on product positioning and visibility, market penetration, new market development, channel segmentation, sales mix to augment business and exceed profit margins.
  • Plan and execute the marketing & merchandising initiatives and brand activations within the budget targets in lines with the organizational and regional objectives
  • Plan and execute sales promotion activities to generate demand/ push and build/ sustain & improve brand image
  • Implement and manage secondary planning and stock forecasting strategies with high levels of accuracy and consistency.
  • New Distributor appointment & increasing sales thru existing distributors.
  • Sales scheme /Trade scheme planning for Distributors & Traders.
  • Calculation of (Return on Investment) ROI distributors and ensure that ROI should be better than committed ROI.
  • Ensure proper availability of products on all the outlets.
  • Ensure numeric distribution & width of distribution of products.
  • Lead the sales team keeping a high level of motivation & feedback with a view to build an aggressive and motivated sales management team in the branch
  • Liaison with Marketing and Finance to set sales goals and budgets to meet and exceed Sales revenue and profitability targets.
  • Commercial discipline: Manage various statutory formalities as per regulation
  • Strong focus on people leadership dimension. Nurture, Grow and Manage functional talent.
  • Set the direction and an innovative consumer facing culture in the team by managing individual and team performance expectations and goals
  • Gain market intelligence and visibility through competitive mapping and market trends across the state

Candidate profile

Graduate/MBA with 4-10 years of experience in Channel Sales in General Trade

Candidate should have good communication, calculations & analytical skills

Experience in FMCG Non foods products

Good communication skills

Experience in preparing sales scheme

Making field sales call
