v Job Summary
The Sales Officer - FMCG plays a vital role in achieving the company's sales targets for Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) products. This role requires building strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and wholesalers, while strategically promoting and selling our FMCG products within an assigned territory. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
v Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed assigned sales targets.
- Manage and grow a designated portfolio of customer accounts.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activity, and market trends.
- Develop and deliver impactful sales presentations and promotional activities.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure on-time product delivery.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests.
- Generate detailed sales reports and analyse data to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing and logistics teams to ensure successful product launches and promotions.
- Maintain a professional and positive relationship with all stakeholders.
