Qualification Any Graduate
Experience 3 to 4 years in GT/MT
Sales :
To achieve primary and secondary targets
Monthly Sales planning and forecasting, taking into account the shelf life Running different schemes & ensuring Product Visibility
Plan promotional activities for the region based on market intelligence
Closes new business deals and maintaining relationships with existing customers.
Competition tracking & making proactive plans to counter the new entrants
Channel Management
Onboarding new distributors and managing them, ensure continuous development of the assigned area and addition of new outlets
Set up monthly, quarterly and yearly targets for each Distributor
Ensure product availability at all relevant channels through the distributors sales force per Company guideline in a stipulated time.
Monitor and minimize the level of sales returns
Track on delivery from Distributor to retailer / outlets
Collection support whenever required
Develop strong business relationship with distributors & other stakeholders
Team Management
Allocate manpower in different areas
Conduct employee performance evaluation and provide feedback for improvements.
Assist in employee recruitment, promotion, retention and termination activities.
Conducting trainings on products, selling skills, lead prospecting and closing skills
