We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Officer to join our team. The Sales Officer will be responsible for selling our products to potential customers, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential customers and develop sales strategies to target them
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Provide excellent customer service and handle customer complaints
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitors
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 0-2 years of experience in sales or marketing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Fluent in English and Hindi
