Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop new distribution network by appointing new distributors/stockiest and manage existing distribution network
  • New product launch
  • Develop and execute sales policies & promotion schemes and activities to achieve growth targets
  • Prepare, review, and implement sales plans
  • Manage, motivate and monitor sales team
  • Make regular market visits to Distributors & retail network to monitor and review placement of brand
  • Maintain and share periodic (Daily/Weekly/Monthly) sales reports to upper management

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience in Channel Sales
  • Experience in Distribution network management & development
  • Can independently manage, develop, and improve distribution in assigned area and bring revenue growth to company from assigned area
  • Can achieve primary and secondary sales targets
  • Good communication (both verbal and written)
  • Excellent lead generation and conversion skill
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work successfully as a part of a team
  • High sales orientation to meet the sales targets consistently
  • Ready to travel locally for meeting customers during sales calls.
  • Valid 2 wheeler license
