- Follow up with existing customers to get new leads for business, and cross-selling.

- Adhering to laid down processes and guidelines in respect of Loan process and Policy.

- Continuous learning and Certification on various topics concerning the responsibilities assigned.
Qualifications and Experience:-
1) Educational Qualifications - Graduation
2) Prior Experience - One to Three years in selling personal loans in Banks/ NBFCs
3) Domain knowledge - Deep knowledge of Personal loan products, Guidelines and Processes
4) Language skills - English, Hindi, Kannada
5) Age - 22 to 30 years
6) IT skills - Basic IT skills - Microsoft Office
