You will be responsible for identifying potential customers, developing sales strategies, and creating a sales plan to achieve your targets. Meeting sales targets:
Your main goal will be to meet or exceed the sales targets set by the company.
You will be expected to meet with potential customers, demonstrate the products or services, and negotiate contracts.
Building and maintaining relationships: You will need to establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the healthcare industry, such as radiologists, hospital administrators, and purchasing managers.
Staying up-to-date on industry trends: You will need to keep up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies to be able to provide expert advice and recommendations to customers.
Providing excellent customer service: You will need to ensure that customers are satisfied with the products or services provided and address any issues or concerns they may have.
Collaborating with internal teams: You will need to work closely with internal teams such as marketing, customer support, and product development to ensure that sales efforts are aligned with company goals and strategies.
Reporting and forecasting: You will need to prepare sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to track your progress and provide feedback to management.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a strong understanding of the healthcare industry and radiology equipment and services.
A degree in business or healthcare administration may be beneficial, as well as prior sales experience in the healthcare industry.
