We are seeking a Sales Officer with 1-2 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of sales processes and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Generate Revenue by getting business from leads generated through
assigned 4-5 Bank.
Cascade the incentive programs to Banks Staff
Responsible for sales completion by facilitating completion of medical
reports & ensuring prompt issue of policy document
Develop new markets/ segments in line with company sales strategy from
time to time.
Build a good customer base in order to cross-sell & up-sell.
Build long term relationship with the bank staff.
Age between 21 30yrs
Graduation / Post Graduation
1YearplusSales Experience in Insurance/Banking/BFSI/NBFC/Any Sales
Good Communication Skills.
Should be good at creating and maintaining Relationships.
Unstoppable & Unshakeable Attitude
High on Honesty and Integrity
