Roles & Responsibilities:
- The candidate responsible to generate lead and take it to closure by working along with client's Operation and Sales backend team.
- Responsible to achieve the sales target set by the company.
- The Candidate will be assigned or tagged with the client's Branch and he/she need to sell the Insurance products to the existing or ex-customers.
- Relationship management with stake holders.
- Maintain persistency.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- To recruit good quality prospective insurance advisors and ensure that they are acquiring licensing in order to achieve the sales target set by the company.
- Motivating the advisors to achieve the sales target set by the company.
- Provide on the job training and manage & monitor performance of the advisors.
- Relationship management with stake holders.
- Maintain persistence for the policies procured by the team of advisors to overall achieve the profitability of the team.
