Job Description

Job Title: Sales Officer (Home Loans)
  • Location: New Delhi
Salary: 27,000 - 30,000 per month + Incentives
  • Experience Required:
Minimum 1 year in Home Loans/BFSI SalesGender: Male Candidates Only
  • Age Limit: Up to 33 years
Requirement: Must have a two-wheeler
  • Purpose:
The Sales Officer (Home Loans) will be responsible for meeting sales targets, identifying new sources within the assigned geography, and maintaining strong relationships with these sources. The role involves achieving efficiency in the assigned area and ensuring the productivity expected by the company.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Area/Geography Mapping:
  • Regularly map the assigned geography/area with the help of a supervisor.
Identify and develop new sources within the allocated area.
  • Update the reporting manager on progress during team huddles.
Source Relationship Management:
  • Manage relationships with all sources within the assigned geography/area.
Understand and meet the expected LSR, SLR, and MS of each source.
  • Utilize tools to improve relationships and ratios.
Maintain Reports:
  • Maintain sales and activity reports in the prescribed format.
Keep a daily diary of activities.
Channel Partner Recruitment: Identify potential channel partners.
  • Understand the BSA empanelment process and ensure that partners meet the defined norms and categories.
Team Huddle:
  • Attend daily team huddles as per the set process.
Provide data in the prescribed format based on business requirements.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
Enhance customer experience by developing and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Sell HDFC products and provide necessary services.
Understand KYC and legal documentation, handle objections, and analyze credit documents to determine eligibility.
  • Knowledge, Skills & Functional Competencies:
Geography Knowledge: Ability to plan and map areas effectively.
  • Source Management: Understanding source potential and improving relationships.
Report Maintenance: Proficiency in capturing and maintaining reports.
Channel Partner Recruitment: Knowledge of the BSA empanelment process and identifying potential partners.Customer Relationship Management: Knowledge of HDFC products, sales skills, and ability to handle objections.
  • Behavioral Competencies:
Interpersonal Skills: Effective in managing customer relationships and source management.
  • Planning: Strong skills in geography mapping and sales management.
Selling Skills: Proficiency in conversions and handling customer objections.
  • Educational Requirements:
* Minimum Graduation
