Job Description


  • Collect and Analyse data pertaining to Market Intelligence
  • Products & application Knowledge
  • Sales - Achieve the targets As per Budget
  • Demand Generation Activity
  • Dealer Management
  • Collection
  • MIS & Reporting
1. Key Performance indicators are:
1.1. Revenue Achievement As per budget and increase by minimum 25% quarterly
1.2. Outstanding management There has to be no outstanding beyond approved credit period.
1.3. Increase the reach and extraction from the territories by increasing the Demand Generation activities.
1.4. Budgets & Expenses management Expenses should be monitored regularly & should be maintained within allotted percentage.
1.5. Schemes implementation 100% in the territory
1.6. Farmers meeting Five farmers meeting in a month
1.7. Conduct Demos, Trials and show case the benefits to at least 100 farmers in a month.
1.8. Liquidate Dealers Inventory
1.9. Adherence to the territory visit plans
