Track sales/ product movement of competitors and marketing activities. Report to ASM wherever necessary action is required.
Carrying the article/ product samples to retail points for procuring the orders.
Ensuring our products are available and displayed at retail counters as per our AOP.
Achieve the monthly/ Quarterly & Annual Sales targets to meet the organization's goal by driving respective team members (RSE/ TSE).
Conduct daily meetings with TSE/ RSE. Fast resolutions of queries raised by RSE/TSE/SO.
Dealer stock management- check the availability of stock with the dealers every alternative day.
Develop secondary network and sales. Primary (Dealer/Sub Dealer) & Secondary order procurement and ensure the fulfillment of orders with the support of ASM.
Ensuring prompt collection of payment within the deadline and working on focused articles to keep up the cash flow as well as business rotation.
Route plan review with TSE and sharing the final route plan for the month with respective ASM / RSM.
Map the market opportunities and suggest the need for channel partners (Dealers / Distributors) to ASM / RSM / ZH.
Maintain good professional relationships with dealers and distributors through regular market visits and continuous communication.
To drive the scheme, events & special activities connect with retail points.
Ensure the visibility of our products and marketing materials in all retail points
Take ownership of new articles launched, promotional activities at POP, order taking, and ensure payment collection is done on time.
Ensure training requirements are shared with the respective ASM / RSM.
Provide insights to the PDM team on the new designs for the best qualitative Initiatives.
