Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Officer located in West Bengal. The Sales Officer will be responsible for customer service, lead generation, communication, sales operations, and channel sales. They will be involved in building and maintaining relationships with clients, generating leads, managing sales processes, and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
- Customer Service, Communication, and Sales Operations skills
- Experience in lead generation and channel sales
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong negotiation and sales skills
- Ability to work well in a team as well as independently
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the welding industry is a plus
- Knowledge of welding products and services is beneficial
