- Job Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Officer/BDM at MEDISYS. As a Sales Officer/BDM you will be responsible for business development, building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers but not limited to.
Build & maintain relationships with with key accounts, medical fraternity and channel partners.
Responsible for business from key hospitals and dealer in the assigned territory.
Sales of Medical Devices like Ventilator and Anesthesia machine.
Introducing & launching new products in the market.
Achieving sales targets & actively monitoring and reporting progress.
Responsible for profitable operations of the company in a competitive environment.
Conducting market research to identify new market opportunities.
Ensure that all customer queries were answered and all complaints resolved within minimum time.
Graduate or MBA with 6-8 years of experience in similar profile from healthcare/medical device industry.
Good knowledge of ICU equipment and experience in selling ICU equipment, preferably ventilators and anaesthesia machine.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and remotely.
Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
