Experience- Minimum 1-2 yrs experience in Poultry Feed sales

Education- Any science graduate/ LSS/ Dairy Diploma/ MBA

Salary- Depend on candidate calibre

Job Description:

# Should have minimum 1-2 yrs of experience in Poultry Feed sales.

# Ready for mentioned headquarters.

#Responsible for market development through customer and farmers meeting.

#Market extension by acquiring or developing new distributor or new customer.

#Establish strong base by identifying potential cattle farmer, milk collection centers.

#Responsible for customer retention and appointment of dealer in remote market. Competition analysis.

#Survey of designated area and PDME for target planning.

#Analysis on price, activity and product performance of competition on regular basis.

#Maintain strong customer rapport with key opinion makers for propagation of products.

#Utilize current customer relations and convert them in to regular buyers of the products.

#Meet customer every day as per tour plan and route plan and generate the business.

#Arrange farmer meetings as and when needed along with Extension Manager at daily Collection centers.

#Attain customer complaint.

#Arrange technical seminar for farmer.

#Attain customer complaints.

#Maintain customer relation and follow up with customer.
