Description
We are seeking a Sales MIS Analyst with 3-7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and analyzing sales data, creating reports, and providing insights to the sales team. They should be able to work independently and possess strong analytical and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and manage sales data
- Create reports and dashboards to provide insights to the sales team
- Identify trends and patterns in sales data to help inform business decisions
- Maintain and update sales databases and systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Provide training and support to sales team on sales tools and systems
Skills and Qualifications
- 3-7 years of experience in sales analysis or similar role
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
- Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience in the IT/technology industry is a plus
