Sales & Marketing Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Male Marketing Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for school counselling and various marketing-related activities aimed at promoting our educational programs. The role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for working in the education sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• School Counselling:

Conduct school visits to counsel students about our educational programs and courses.

• Organize and participate in school fairs, career guidance sessions, and educational seminars.

Build and maintain relationships with school counsellors, principals, and teachers to facilitate smooth information exchange and collaboration.

• Provide detailed information to prospective students and their parents about course offerings, admission processes, and career prospects.

• Marketing Activities:

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our educational programs to schools and students.

• Create and distribute promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, and posters

Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.

• Event Management:

Plan and execute marketing events such as open days, webinars, and workshops.

• Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, materials preparation, and attendee registration.

Ensure successful event execution and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

• Reporting and Analysis:

Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and school counselling activities.

• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize future campaigns.

Prepare regular reports for the Marketing Manager and other stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Graduate / Under Graduate

Some experience in marketing, preferably in the education sector.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Willingness to travel frequently for school visits and events.

Additional Requirements:

• A valid driver's license and Owned Four Wheeler for Marketing Activities.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
