Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales & Marketing Outreach Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telemarketing, sales, and customer relationship management within the ESDM sector. This role involves generating leads, building customer relationships, and driving sales growth for our electronic supply chain and ODM services.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Prospecting:
- Identify potential clients and decision-makers within the electronics and ODM industry.
- Conduct market research to develop targeted lists of prospects.
- Initiate outbound calls to generate leads and set up appointments for the sales team.
Sales and Relationship Management:
- Present and promote Unisem Electronics supply chain management and ODM services to prospective clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
Marketing and Promotion:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute telemarketing campaigns.
- Utilize various marketing tools and techniques to reach out to potential customers.
- Follow up on marketing campaigns and track their effectiveness.
Customer Support:
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries promptly.
- Handle client objections and resolve any issues that arise during the sales process.
- Ensure client satisfaction and maintain a positive company image.
Sales Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of all telemarketing activities, including call logs, lead generation, and sales progress.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market feedback.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improving sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service within the ESDM industry.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management and ODM services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of electronics manufacturing and design processes.
- Experience with digital marketing and social media outreach.
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
