Job Description: As a Web Development & Digital Marketing Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, building strong relationships, and driving sales growth for our web development and digital marketing services. Your primary goal will be to understand clients needs and deliver tailored solutions that maximize their online potential.
Identify and Prospect New Clients: Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking events.
- Sales Presentations and Demos: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our web development and digital marketing services.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.Sales Proposals and Contracts:
Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve sales targets.Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the web development and digital marketing teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered successfully.
Reporting and Analytics:
Track and report on sales performance, using data to refine sales strategies and improve results.Customer Feedback:
Gather and relay customer feedback to the development and marketing teams to inform product and service enhancements.
