Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Marketing Manager at V Raheja Realty (Pebble Park LLP) located in Mumbai. The Sales Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing sales teams, conducting market research, analyzing customer insights, and creating sales and marketing materials.

Qualifications

• Sales and Marketing skills
• Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies
• Ability to lead and manage sales teams
• Market research and analysis skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Pleasing personality
• Exceptional verbal & convincing skills
• Should be good with numbers
• Should be able to grasp technical details from the internal team and present it to the clients
• Should be fluent in English & Hindi . Gujrati is an added advantage.
• Computer skills
• Able to handle customer queries and satisfactorily
• Preferred MBA Graduate in Marketing
• Around 12 to 15 years of experience in renowned realty or hotel industries.
• Residing close to Kandivali West
