Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Marketing Manager for a full-time on-site role at United Drilling Tools Ltd. in Noida. The Sales Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing marketing campaigns, fostering client relationships, and driving business development activities within the Oil & Gas Industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets
• Manage marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and market penetration
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Identify new business opportunities and drive growth initiatives
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy
• Ensure compliance with government policies and regulations relevant to the Oil & Gas sector

Qualifications

• B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA
• 12 to 15 years of experience in sales and marketing, specifically in the Oil & Gas Industry
• Experience working with ONGC, both in India and abroad, is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of government policies affecting the Oil & Gas sector
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Salary: 12 to 15 LPA
