TAG Investments is looking for Sales & Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
  • The role involves developing and implementing strategies to drive sales, increase market share, and enhance brand visibility
  • The Sales & Marketing Manager leads a team of sales and marketing professionals, ensuring their efforts align with the company's goals and objectives
Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market penetration
  • Marketing Strategy: Create comprehensive marketing plans to promote products/services, increase brand awareness, and generate leads
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the sales and marketing teams, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve performance goals
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitor activities, and emerging trends, using the insights to refine strategies
  • Product Promotion: Collaborate with the product development team to design effective product launch and promotion strategies
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the sales and marketing budgets, optimizing resources for maximum ROI
  • Sales Forecasting: Analyze sales data and market trends to forecast future sales and align inventory and production accordingly
  • Customer Relationship Management: Nurture and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
  • Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and content marketing
  • Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and materials
  • Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales and marketing reports for management, evaluating performance and identifying areas for improvement
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as product development, finance, and operations, to align strategies and achieve overall company goals
  • Events and Trade Shows: Plan and coordinate participation in industry events and trade shows to promote products and services
  • Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitors activities and pricing strategies to adjust marketing tactics accordingly
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards in sales and marketing activities
  • Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • An MBA or advanced degree may be advantageous
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing management, preferably within the same industry or a related field
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, capable of driving innovative solutions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Data-driven mindset, adept at using analytics to make informed decisions
  • Knowledge of digital marketing trends and tools
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales management systems
  • Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets and marketing objectives
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
