EXPERIENCE

Duties you'll be entrusted with:

  • We are seeking an experienced sales lead to join our dynamic team at Geekay Infotech. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in sales, preferably within the IT services industry.
  • You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing and implementing strategic

sales and marketing plans, and building strong relationships with clients.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and achieve individual and team revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand

their needs and provide tailored solutions.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling proposals, presentations, and marketing collateral.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify

opportunities for innovation and differentiation.

  • Lead and mentor the sales team, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve

individual and team goals.

  • Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and prepare regular reports for senior management.

Expectations from you:

Basic Requirements

  • 10 years (6-7 years of Relevant experience) (1 to 2 years of experience managing a field sales team)
  • Any Graduate
  • Proven track record of atleast 10 years in sales and marketing, with experience in the IT services industry highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure services, staff augmentation, managed IT services, and manpower staffing.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for exceeding targets.
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • proven record of achieving sales targets of 10 crores.
  • Strong client list and network within the industry.
  • Experience in managing and leading a sales team effectively.
  • Good communication and presentation skills. Proven record of achieving sales targets of 3 crores.
