Position Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to promote company products/services and achieve sales targets.
2. Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities, and use insights to inform sales and marketing strategies.
3. Lead and manage the sales team, including setting sales targets, providing guidance and support, and monitoring performance.
4. Plan and implement marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and advertising.
5. Create compelling marketing collateral, including sales presentations, brochures, and website content, to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive customer acquisition and retention.
7. Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
8. Manage the sales and marketing budget, allocate resources effectively, and optimize spending to maximize ROI.
9. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in sales and marketing.
10. Collaborate with other departments, including product development, finance, and operations, to ensure alignment and synergy across the organization.
