Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Marketing Manager at Navkar Transcore Pvt. Ltd. The Sales Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans, managing customer relationships, conducting market research, and analyzing competitors strategies.

Qualifications

• Sales Strategy Development, Marketing Campaign Management, and Customer Relationship Management skills
• Market Research and Competitive Analysis skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in CRM software and analytics tools
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Experience in the transformer industry or related fields is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
