Fanizm India Pvt Ltd. and Mythri Movie Makers are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales &
Marketing Head to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in pitching for content
IP, selling inventory, promoting movies, and providing marketing assistance. This role requires a
blend of sales acumen, marketing expertise, and strong relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Pitching for Content IP:
o Secure NOCs (No Objection Certificates) for content IP from production houses.
o Develop and present compelling pitches to production houses to obtain NOCs.
o Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
o Negotiate terms and agreements with production houses.
2. Selling Inventory:
o Achieve sales targets for Fanizm inventory.
o Identify and approach potential buyers for Fanizm's inventory.
o Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
o Develop and implement sales strategies and plans.
3. Movie Promotion & Brand Sales:
o Successfully promote movies from Mythri Movie Makers, other production houses,
and broadcasters.
o Develop promotional strategies and campaigns for movies.
o Approach new brands for in-film and out-of-film promotions.
o Promote Fanizm to other production houses.
o Coordinate with marketing and content teams to execute promotions.
o Coordinate with existing tied-up agencies.
o Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of promotional activities.
4. Marketing Assistance:
o Provide support to the Co-founder in additional tasks.
o Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns.
o Prepare marketing materials and presentations.
o Conduct market research and analysis.
5. Creative Notifications:
o Increase user engagement through creative notifications.
o Design and implement creative and engaging notifications for app users.
o Analyze the impact of notifications on user behavior and adjust strategies accordingly
