Position Overview
Position Name Sales and Marketing Manager
Position reports to Director
CTC / Salary 3.60 Lacs and open for the Right Candidate.
Job brief
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.
Key Responsibility Area (KRAs)
Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands companys customer base and ensure its strong presence
Contributes information, ideas, and research to help develop marketing strategies
Helps to detail, design, and implement marketing plans for each product
Generate market intelligence of the products to be marketed.
Sets marketing schedules and coordinates with colleagues to implement strategies.
Develops sales strategies and approaches for various products, such as special promotions, events, etc.
Answers Questions From Clients About Product Benefits
Maintains excellent relationships with clients through superior customer service
Tracks sales data and works to meet quotas or sales team goals
Analyses trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies, and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance
Creates and presents regular performance reports for managers and executives
Helps to interview, hire, manage, and direct members of the company's marketing and sales teams
Assigns specific employees to marketing and sales projects or client accounts as needed
Implements and adheres to company policies and procedures
Attends trade shows and travels to meet clients as needed
Travelling for sales development across the country.
Participation in trade exhibitions with all related jobs to be done.

Its a key position in the company. SM will be directly reporting to Managing Director. Your position as a sales manager, allows you to take company to next level by adding in revenues of the company. Qualifications Of Candidate Applying For This Position
- Business administration / marketing or a related field.
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
Years of experience (minimum) -5 years
Candidate should have sold (or selling) to clients like Convertors, Printing Industry, Packaging Industry. Or have sales experience of B2B.
Candidate should have sold (or selling) products like films, printing inks for plastics, Lamination Adhesive.
Candidate should have worked with employers having manufacturing unit of industrial product.
