- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the sales and marketing teams, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve performance goals
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitor activities, and emerging trends, using the insights to refine strategies
- Product Promotion: Collaborate with the product development team to design effective product launch and promotion strategies
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the sales and marketing budgets, optimizing resources for maximum ROI
- Sales Forecasting: Analyze sales data and market trends to forecast future sales and align inventory and production accordingly
- Customer Relationship Management: Nurture and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
- Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and content marketing
- Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and materials
- Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales and marketing reports for management, evaluating performance and identifying areas for improvement

- Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- An MBA or advanced degree may be advantageous
- Proven experience in sales and marketing management, preferably within the same industry or a related field
