Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Marketing Manager at INCRYO SYSTEMS in Vadodara. The Sales Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans, identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to drive growth and market expansion.

• Sales Strategy, Market Analysis, and Business Development skills
• Client Relationship Management and Account Management skills
• Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing knowledge
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and goal-oriented environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in the Industrial Gas or related industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
