Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy: Create comprehensive marketing plans to promote products/services, increase brand awareness, and generate leads.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the sales and marketing teams, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve performance goals.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitor activities, and emerging trends, using the insights to refine strategies.
Product Promotion: Collaborate with the product development team to design effective product launch and promotion strategies.
Budget Management: Develop and manage the sales and marketing budgets, optimizing resources for maximum ROI.
Sales Forecasting: Analyze sales data and market trends to forecast future sales and align inventory and production accordingly.
Customer Relationship Management: Nurture and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and content marketing.
Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and materials.
Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales and marketing reports for management, evaluating performance and identifying areas for improvement.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as product development, finance, and operations, to align strategies and achieve overall company goals.
Events and Trade Shows: Plan and coordinate participation in industry events and trade shows to promote products and services.
Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitors activities and pricing strategies to adjust marketing tactics accordingly.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards in sales and marketing activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree may be advantageous.
Proven experience in sales and marketing management, preferably within the same industry or a related field.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
