We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans and programs, both short and long term, to ensure the profitability and growth of the company's products/services.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Sales and/or Marketing Manager, with a track record of successfully developing and implementing strategic plans.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- In-depth knowledge of market research, sales, and marketing principles.
