Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Marketing Manager at Clay by Lingaraj Granites in Bhubaneswar. The Sales Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, managing customer relationships, overseeing promotional activities, and analyzing market trends.

Qualifications

• Sales Management, Marketing Strategy, and Customer Relationship Management skills
• 2+ years of experience in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies
• Knowledge of market analysis and trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Previous experience in the home decor or renovation industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
