Job Description

We are Hiring a dynamic Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role will be pivotal in driving both in-field and online marketing efforts to promote our range of information technology services and educational offerings.
  • Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to attract new clients and students in the information technology sector.
  • Implement effective digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
Manage and optimize our online presence, including the company website and social media channels, to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to refine marketing strategies.
Collaborate with the Chief Business Officer to develop compelling sales pitches, presentations, and promotional materials.
  • Plan and coordinate participation in industry events, conferences, and workshops to expand our network and generate leads.
Nurture relationships with existing clients and students through regular communication and tailored marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to evaluate campaign effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably within the information technology sector or educational services.
Proven track record of successfully executing digital marketing campaigns and driving lead generation.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for technology and education, with a keen interest in staying updated on industry trends and advancements.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot) is a plus.
  • T*ravel Allowance Will be allowed provided by the company. This job involves a Contract of 1 Year. Our Office Working Days are Monday to Saturday 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM.
